Rachel Phelps known as America's Pet Parent is a sought-after pet industry influencer best known for her development of the nationally recognized dog blog PrestonSpeaks.com. She is a professional member of the Dog Writers Association of America, Cat Writers Association, and is a regular speaker on pet issues and the use of social media. She also oversees the social media endeavors, website, and general PR for several non-profits and pet industry companies. She has also been recently named as a 2014 Forty Under 40 in the pet Industry by Pet Age magazine.
